Motorola Moto X

Motorola Mobility announced through social media that it will be cutting down US$ 100.00 from the price of an off-contract Motorola Moto X for one hour only on Monday, January 27.

The price slash effectively brings the retail price of the SIM-free Motorola Moto X from US$ 400.00 down to US$ 300.00, but only for a limited time –from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time.

Those who wish to avail themselves of this time-limited offer for the Moto X may do so at Motorola’s online store. The Google company notes that this “extra sweet deal” kicks off its Valentine’s Day sale.

Those who miss the one-hour window can still purchase an off-contract Moto X from the Motorola online store for US$70.00 less (that is, at US$ 330.00). The 70-dollar discount can be availed of after the one-hour promo until Valentine’s Day.

The Motorola Moto X comes with a 1.7-GHz dual-core processor, 2.0 GB of RAM, 720p High Definition 4.7-inch AMOLED display, 10-megapixel camera, 2,200-mAh LiPo battery (up to 24 hours of mixed use), and Android 4.4 KitKat (via software update).

If you’ve been sitting on the fence about the Motorola Moto X because of its price tag, these sweet deals just may be your chance to decide.
